NORTHBIKERENT, C.I.F B72683238 cedes to the hirer in its condition of client, the use and enjoyment during the aforementioned term as a rental of the bicycle described above, in accordance with the following conditions:
a)A maximum of two bicycles per person will be available.b)Upon acceptance of this contract, a deposit of FIFTY (50€ Tandem and Classic bicycle) Euros will be paid. This deposit will be the property of the lessor in the event of accident or theft of the bicycle, as compensation for damages that may have been caused to the lessor, without prejudice to claim any other amounts via judicial or extrajudicial.
c) The lessee expressly undertakes to use the bicycle with the care and diligence of a good parent, to keep it in good condition and to respect all road safety signs and regulations.
d)The lessee shall be personally liable for any infringement of the highway code, as well as for all bodily, psychological and material damage that may be caused for any reason during the term of this contract, exempting the lessor from any liability that may arise in this respect, including with regard to third parties.
e) In the event of theft or accident, the lessee must inform the lessor and make a statement to the police.
f) In the event of theft or if the hirer is responsible for an accident, the hirer or his insurer shall be liable for all damage caused and for making good the damage.
The hirer is forbidden to
a)Modifying or altering any element of the bicycle and its accessories, as well as making major repairs to it.
b) To transfer the use of the bicycle to third parties.
c) Carry passengers, including children.
d) Extend the duration of this contract without the prior and express authorisation of the bailor.
All personal data provided to us as a result of the contractual relationship with us will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December on the Protection of Personal Data, with due confidentiality and professional secrecy. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of article 11 of the aforementioned Organic Law. NORTHBIKERENT, undertakes not to apply, use or transfer to any person or entity the personal data provided by you, for purposes other than those provided for in the contract you have signed with us. In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to oppose, access, rectify and cancel any personal data that you have provided to us and which are processed by us.
